Robin & Brendon's Big Day
In November of 2017, I was invited to photograph a real true love story - the wedding day of Robin and Brendon. It was a very small and intimate wedding, with their kids, family and friends present.
The magic for these two started 12 years ago when they met each other and become good friends. They both have beautiful kids from previous marriages, and those previous marriages did not stop them from believing in finding their true love and their soulmates. And here were we, 12 years later and their wedding at Fritz Farm in Baie-D'Urfé.
Robin and Brendon have their own unique style to them, and it is translated in their decor for their ceremony/reception since Robin and her daughter created the theme and decorate the entire reception area themselves.
As I mentioned, it was a very small wedding, but with it is own traditions and rituals. The kids of Robin and Brendon had small lit candles that they used to light the fire of the new bigger family, by lighting the fire of bigger candles with their parents' names on it.
Everyone enjoyed themselves and no one was in a rush. It was all very beautiful, and special and I'm very happy that I got the chance to be a part of this!
